This is a flexible service tailored to meet meet the needs of each person individually. Each Facilitator brings their own unique life experience to help guide the process of self discovery & integration. If you require a single 1 to 1 conversation, please book a 15 minute free Consultation to establish if your needs & our offering suit one another. Using a variety of techniques and tools, your comfort is at the heart of everything we do. You & Your Coach will set the boundaries to protect time & energy; build a relationship of trust & truthfulness & together you will find your pace of grace along the way. Note that this is not a substitute for medical care or therapy. If you require help, please seek the advice of a professional medical authority.

Cancellation Policy

PAID & FREE program participants equally responsible for their spot. Refund for paid programs only applies to cancellations made 48 hrs or more in advance. No refunds are given if cancelled within 24 hrs notice.
