SoulART is a proces developed by Hamilton, Ontario artist Laura Hollick. 

As a SoulARTist I am offering the following course ONLINE. (You Bring Your Own ART SUPPLIES*)

DURING THIS WORKSHOP:

• We will select a body part or area that we think is trying to tell us something. 
• We will map this out & do art together.
• We will meditate on & discover hidden messages.
• We will make a plan between body & soul to support action.

This program is delivered with assumptions: 1) that humans are a combination of Body & Soul. 2) that developing a healthy relationship between the Body & Soul is essential to wellness. You are responsible to seek the advice of your medical Doctor.

You will need the following to participate: 

1. Be Internet Ready: if you aren't sure (how to access / or zoom etc.) let us know!! We are here to help.
2. Be ZOOM-Able: with a Mic &/or Camera for interaction / local phone numbers are available
3. *Your Own Art Supplies: whatever your *choice of medium is good. We start with drawing but BE set up & ready
4. 3-hours of uninterrupted time to deepen in the process & interpret your experience;  BE-IN Self-Care w/ food & water.
5. A Trust & Openness to explore both inner & outer messages/worlds/realities & meaning

NO TALENT is required to participate in SoulART ~ IT'S a synergistic process of unconscious expression between you and your beautiful Soul. *Art Medium: in this process, you will learn to trust your inner guidance system (IGS) so listen to what your Soul wants to play with during our time. Honouring the inner voice is a really huge part of the §oulARTsynergy experience.
