Each Facilitator brings their own unique life experience to help guide the process of self discovery & integration. If you require a single 1 to 1 conversation, please book a 15 minute free Consultation to establish if your needs & our offering suit one another. Using a variety of techniques and tools, your comfort is at the heart of everything we do. You & Your Coach will set the boundaries to protect time & energy; build a relationship of trust & truthfulness & together you will find your pace of grace along the way.
